Terms & Conditions.

  1. Information on how to enter promotions run by WA Veterinary Emergency Response Incorporated (WAVER) form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. All promotions are run by WAVER ("Promoter") Charity Licence No: CC 22127  ABN 33911090010 2715 Southwest Highway Serpentine WA 6125
  3. All donations are collected through the GiveNow platform accessible from this website www.waverinc.com.au. 
  4. All donations go direct to WAVER for the sole purpose of this charity.
  5. Entry to promotions is made after a donation to WAVER is made and verified by WAVER.
  6. WAVER will receive notification of a donation made via the GiveNow platform to WAVER.
  7. To be eligible for the promotion all entrants must additionally notify WAVER by email, telephone or post of their donation and for the promotion they are applying for.
  8. Donations to WAVER can be made by any person.
  9. Promotions are available to any person who has made a donation to WAVER.
  10. Vouchers will be sent via email or post. If promotional products cannot be sent via email or post, pick up will be at the office of WAVER.


Vet Consultation Promotion   

  1. Promotion requires a person to donate  a minimum of $20 to WAVER though the GiveNow platform available on the WAVER website.The donor will then be eligible for a voucher entitling the donor  to a veterinary consult where the cost of the vet consultation fee only will not be charged. 
  2. Promotion is for use in West Australian vet hospitals/clinics who have agreed to participate in the promotion.
  3. The value of the consultation fee is at the discretion of the vet hospital/clinic.
  4. The number of vouchers offered by any vet hospital/clinic will be at the discretion of that vet hospital/clinic. 
  5. The promotion  period begins 1/4/2017 and ends 30/9/2017. 
  6. All vouchers will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, including dates after the end of the promotional period.                
  7. The balance of the consultation invoice, after removal of the consultation fee, will be paid for by the donor.
  8.  Cost of any further goods and services accumulated at the time of consultation will still apply and must be paid for by the donor at the time of consultation or at the discretion of the vet hospital. 
  9. Valid for routine consultation only in normal office hours. Not to be used for emergencies nor afterhours consultations. Use of the voucher for housecalls will be at the discretion of the vet hospital/clinic.
  10. Valid for any animal belonging to the donor; value of the consultation fee is at the discretion of the hospital/clinic.
  11. Valid at participating vet hospitals. If the donors nominated vet hospital is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative vet hospital in the Perth metropolitan area. 
  12. Country clients should contact WAVER first to check vet availability in their location.
  13. Voucher must be presented at time of consultation and is not exchangeable to other persons nor for cash.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of donations.
  15. By entering any promotion run by WAVER, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and participating vet hospitals/clinics (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter and vet hospitals/clinics or that the Promoter and vet hospitals/clinics may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant participating in the promotion.
  16. The Promoters decision is final and no other correspondnce will be entered into.
