waverinc.com.au stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you’re happy with your gear. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 60 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used.
1. The customer who isn't satisfied with our products, please contact us within 48 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue, this item is not available.
2. There won't be any restocking fee charged for exchange, but clients may have to bear the shipping fee. we do not refund the price difference if you exchanged lower priced products. For refund cases, the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. But if it is our fault, you get full refund. After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.
3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.
4. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

Returns without the original receipt must reference the order number, which you may reprint from your order confirmation email. For customer convenience, all orders are shipped with a prepaid FedEx shipping label.
Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. Reimburse will be issued to your original account upon we well have your return. Usually, it takes 7 working days. please check your account by then. Sometimes there might be a delay in the refund to be processed. Please bear in mind that this is because we usually handle returns twice a week. Your understanding will be appreciated!
